Who makes MindProof
MindProof is built and operated by AppXLab, an independent app studio. The same team writes the puzzles, builds the iOS app and maintains this website. There is no third-party content mill behind the questions: every puzzle on this site was authored for it.
What MindProof is
A reasoning practice app. It brings together a structured reasoning assessment, a daily puzzle, a growing puzzle collection and a set of brain games, and it lets you see your base result without an account or a score paywall. The web version is free and needs no signup.
What MindProof is not
It is not a clinical or professional assessment, and it does not issue IQ scores, percentiles, diagnoses or certificates on the web. The five-question preview reports how many you answered correctly, nothing more. The full assessment in the app produces an estimate that is still not equivalent to a professionally administered standardized test. We would rather say that plainly than imply precision we cannot support.
How the puzzles are made
Each puzzle is written and checked by hand, with a stated answer and a written explanation. Where a puzzle could plausibly support more than one rule, the explanation says so rather than presenting the intended answer as the only possibility. If you find an error, the support page reaches us.
